It was the end the day I saw you leave with your bags in your hands You left me your key with an address to forward your mail It was all so easy for you
I wonder, how to begin again You make it look so easy You made up your mind And then you were gone
How to begin again When nothing was left unsaid I saw you glance at me in the mirror You came so close to staying
You blew me a kiss goodbye And drove away never looking back I waited as long as I could see you just in case How to begin again in such a state I stood alone watching you drive our life away
How to begin again The stress alone will make me dead How to begin again in a place I don’t know Alone with the children Is it one day to the next I don’t know, is this how to begin again
